ليس فندق 5 نجوم على الإطلاق. الموظفون يهربون منك عندما تطلب منهم المشروبات. لا يوجد متابعة. كان هناك غزو من النمل خارج غرفتي واستغرق الأمر 3 مكالمات لإصلاحه.

مدير مكتب الاستقبال جعل الفرق. كان مساعدًا جدًا لي حيث بذل جهدًا كبيرًا للحصول على الإفطار لي حتى بعد انتهاء وقت تقديم الإفطار منذ فترة طويلة.
الشيء الوحيد الذي لم يعجبني هو عدم توفر الطعام أو الوجبات الخفيفة أو حتى آلات البيع للضيوف الجائعين الذين يصلون في وقت متأخر من الليل.

الغرفة التي أقمنا فيها لم تكن نظيفة بما فيه الكفاية وكان الحمام الأقل نظافة وكان هناك ماء في أرضية الحمام، اشتريت مشروبات غذائية متضمنة ولكن لا يوجد معلومات واضحة عن السوائل حيث من المفترض أن تذهب للعثور على مكان لتناول الطعام.

لم أكن أعتقد بالتأكيد أنه مكان إقامة من فئة 5 نجوم. واجهنا مشاكل مع النمل في الغرفة ولم يكن بوسع الموظفين فعل الكثير حيال ذلك. كما لم يكن الطعام رائعًا. اعتقدت أنه كان أقل جودة من جميع النواحي. إنه بالتأكيد لا يستحق المال الذي تدفعه هناك. زيارة لمرة واحدة للأسف.
