I was pleasantly surprised. There is a lot of attention to detail. The staff were polite and helpful and every request was met with a yes. Breakfast was really good as was the dinner. Very reasonably priced. When I come back to Bali, I will definitely consider this resort first!

Best experience i had in bali !! The staff is very polite and friendly they and they always go out of their way to help you they helped us book transportation even after checking out and at a better price then we got on street so very very good experience!!!

Very friendly staff, very responsive. The hotel is nice and cozy, it is a great place for people to relax. Amazing view from the infinity pool. The hotel is a bit far away from anything else, which is the only negative thing.
