One of the best hotel apartments I've stayed in in Kaprun, beautiful and everything is available in the accommodation, including cooking utensils, and it's close to the center.

The residence is close to Zell am See and the Arab grocery store, as well as a private parking space for hotel residents only.

The location is fairly central, the accommodation is great, clean, spacious and the staff were very helpful.
Apart from the building site right outside the apartment (apparently it should be completed by November), its a great place to stay.
