We saw the advertisement of the apartment and chose it for our stay in Vienna due to the parking but the parking was far away and we had to take the underground to get there but the price was reasonable. Furthermore, they put different pictures in the website and gave us another unit in the different building which was under construction and very noisy. However, the accsess to the public transport was good.

Hello,
The check-in was a bit complicated : Nobody was waiting for us, and we had to call 2 different phone numbers before a third person would finally arrive.
She did not speak english at all, but this is when we learnt that cleaning was compulsory, so the price mentioned on Hotels.com is not the final one ! (We were hoping that we could clean by ourselves)
She also told us that check out was compulsory at 10:00 and that we must not be late.
The flat itself isn't that bad but is noisy (we could hear the TV set of the neigbour all night long).
Seriously, I think that one may find a better place to stay in Vienna.

Great location.Very close to Underground station and only few station to old town and airport transfer station. The room is beautiful, large and comfortable.
The key delivery person also very nice and helpful.
