General description
- Kindly note that the pools and water games may not be available during winter season.
- Insurance amount shall be paid when signing the contract.
- Insurance amount will be returned when the chalet is checked and in it's original condition.
- Loud speakers are not allowed outside, high volume is also not allowed in order not to disturb others and to follow the municipality’s regulations.
- Insurance will not be returned in case the chalet is not kept clean and in it's original condition.
- In case you want the pool to be filled during winter, extra fees of 270 SAR will be applied.
- In case you want to change the pool's water during summer, you'll be charged the fees for the water carrier.
