Very well situated in a quiet street that is an extension of the main via Fillungo , so really easy to access everything in town. Close to an access ramp onto wall walk too. Lots bars/restaurants on easy walk.
Hosts are lovely and as it only has 3 rooms you get good attention. Breakfast in gatden when weather suitable. Aircon very efficient but mostly we had window open at night - which gives idea of how quiet street is (we could hear the water going thru the abandoned mill nearby!). If I had to find a downside the shower was tiny but water ok. Beds are OK too. All in all, considering the reasonable price, an excellent choice. [ worth mentioning that the orivate car they arranged to pick us up and take us back was worth every penny of the €70 each way. ]

A clean , comfortable and quite room in a charming property. The hosts were so helpful. Breakfast served in the garden was delicious.

Comfortable and welcoming. Attentive hosts. The only drawback is that it's a little out of the centre, but this is outweighed by its advantages.
