This property is combined with three other properties in an annoying way. If you want to do laundry you need to go down two hotels, get another key, and then compete with the occupants of four hotels for two dryers. The main elevator made an annoying sound and eventually the button for the ground floor failed. The vents also made an unusually annoying sound, and there are roosters that will get you up at 3AM. Most lighting was not controlled by wall switches. It is expensive, and they have annoying resort fees and deposit charges. They have a hot tub, but again it is two hotels away. If you want the free drink, you have to go to the next hotel and it isn't worthwhile. It is somewhat far from most tourist things in Key West and parking is on the pricey side, although there are some things you can drive to on the nearby keys. On a positive note, I was given a large room and furnishings were OK. Some rooms have OK views. But given the cost and annoying layout, I would much rather stay at a smaller place in town. Given the poor maintenance, I would avoid the place.

Arrived at property and was informed i needed to pay a extra 350$ payment on top off the 500 i expected yo pay at arrival. Managment stated they never recieved the original payment which was required april 9th or no reservation. we arrived at the hotel on nov 29th. if it wasnt made in april the reservation would have been cancled so its no way we should have had to re make that payment. I showed manager receipts and spoke to expedia about it. Recieved no help and was given a ultimatum to pay or be stuck in key west with no place to stay .we came for our engagment so i went ahead and paid it. Our room didnt recieve any room service our entire stay. We never got clean sheets they never removed the trash that i bagged up for them we had to go to front desk for towels each night as well as the reserved room was supposed to be ocean view we had little to no ocean view what so ever. The stay was completely unacceptable. As well as we used the golf cart rental service. Our cart was damaged dirty and wpuld barely get over 15mph which made traffic difficult. Once our check out came i spoke to manager and asked if shuttle would take us to airport. He said yes and proceeded to sighn us up for the 1pm shuttle as we needed to get to airport early. Once shuttle arrived the driver explained he does not go to airport and the hotel does this all the time. Over all the hotel was my worst experience in key west and florida in a whole. I would not recommend this hotel what so ever.

The property is clean and room was nice but this was no resort. Very short on staff (the staff that was available were very friendly and helpful) but we had to pay a resort fee and there wasn’t a restaurant or bar and the pool was freezing.

Beds extremely comfortable. Roosters crowing and near by airport surprisingly not a real noise problem. Front staff very pleasant and easy to communicate and work with. Band TOO LOUD.

If you advertise a certain price and then you go and check in and have to pay a resort fee that should be part of the price for the room. Misleading. I never would have booked your place knowing that. I understand a deposit but resort fee that you have to pay for ? Shouldn’t that just be in your price . Would not stay here again nor recommend. Place was clean . But for the actually price not worth it. Room was fine . Location - eh. Not in town, you have to drive to go anywhere.

Staff extremely courteous clean hotel bars had great drinks and finger foods. However the hotel is next to a highway it’s very loud and roosters are up at 5am waking everyone up.
