Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and can't find anything to complain about. The host was in touch before we arrived, and gave directions to reach. Look out for green name boards along the way, in case you got lost.
The whole studio, including the kitchen, was very well equipped and more than what we could ask for. The windows open to the beautiful garden outside, and the bird sounds in the morning are just what you need every morning.

Very relaxing tranquil location just inland from the coast lots a wildlife to watch. Comfortable Villa fully equipped kitchen, tv with lots of channels inc Premier league games. Great air conditioning and comfortable bed. Excellent wi-fi to keep in touch with those back home and research places locally. Jacques the owner a brilliant host nothing too much trouble.

Following the announcement made in the Mauritius National Budget 2025 and its confirmation in the Finance (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2025 last week, we wish to inform you that the Tourist Fee has now been officially promulgated and will come into effect as from 1st October 2025.
This mandatory fee has been introduced to support the enhancement of tourism infrastructure and to promote sustainable development across Mauritius.
Details of the Tourist Fee : A fee of EUR 3 per night will be levied on all tourists aged 12 years and above. It applies to stays.
The EUR 3 fee is applicable per billed night and will be collected by the accommodation provider at check-in or time of billing. Children under the age of 12 are exempt from this charge.
