Make sure you contact them via WhatsApp (not expedia app) a few weeks before arrival or you’ll be stuck outside for HOURS until someone comes to open the door for checkin…(we had an owner at a neighboring hostel get in contact for us after waiting). However, beautiful views. Cleanliness was OK. Rooms were COLD. No heating. Make sure you pay extra for a fireplace room.

The property is beautiful, however it’s showing wrong location on Google maps. Casa de campo will be the right spot. Our room had fireplace but due to no ventilation room gets smokey. Amazing staff! Internet pretty weak and inconsistent. Amazing view of the city. Get ready to walk up some steps to get there!

Choosing this hotel was the worst, they charged me and it is not operating, there was no one and I do not understand how it is possible for it to appear in ORBITZ if there is no one working, the Hotel has been closed for several weeks. unfortunately I realized the same day that I arrived at the hotel, and I had to find another hotel that same afternoon. it is a pity.

No one answered the doors or the phone and I ended up staying at a nearby hotel. Looked it up and it stated that it was closed permanently.

Friendly staff ( barely speaking English but very kind and helpful)
Good room, with super hot shower, we had a tiny balcony - with spectacular view on the city!!! Better than any other place we’ve been.
