Room was a little dated. The staff were very friendly. The manager went above and beyond to ensure a good visit. The location was a walk from everything. What the room lacked in luxury it made up in location.

Very friendly and caring. Francesco helped us in many areas, including a train reservation, finding bus routes to Basilica San Paulo, etc.

We had a great stay at Cassidoro 19. Relaxing area that are quiet with nice local resturants for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Great service from Stefano and Francesco, Close to the Vatican, fairly close to one of the metro stations.

Stefano was wonderful. He contacted us when we first booked to provide us with resources for our visit. At check-in, he gave us a map and tips for great restaurants, gelaterias, shopping spots, sites, and walks around the area. The room was extremely comfortable, and the ac was excellent. The hotel is outside the main tourist area, which gives a nice relief from the crowds, but is still walkable to major sites.
