It is a bit dated on places but comfortable. The reception area was lovely and the ballroom area.
No shver point on the bathroom for a electric toothbrush to be plugged into and the spring based bed was quote uncomfortable.

A nice hotel, room was clean, staff friendly and efficient, breakfast good. Didnt try pool. Only downside hotel could probably benefit from redecorating as looks a bit stale in parts.

We booked on Hotels.com and then phoned up to check room allocation, as my wife has a disability
We were assured room allocated would be changed as the original room did not have lift access
On arrival, this change had not been made.
We were given a room which was supposed to be a better CLUB room but the room and bed was much smaller than in the pictures . Also bed was uncomfortable and room needed a deep clean.
Breakfast was ok but the choice was limited, and there was no fresh fruit
Advertises that it has parking, which it has ...but this is limited and during a busy weekends you have to leave your keys as cars are blocked in
We paid over £150 a night and my wife was really disappointed as this was a special weekend treat and we did not think we received value for money
