It was a great stay and value for money. The breakfast was wonderful. Two matters: The veranda area especially the table was not clean and please replace the pillows. We suggest a hard one and a soft one.

Staff were excellent. Breakfasts outstanding but rooms would really benefit from new towels and higher quality pillows. Great place in need of a little TLC.

Wonderful staff helped make our stay at De Linden Boutique Guest House superb. The location of the guest house is perfect - only a few minutes from the beach and the centre of town. Our room - the Protea Suite - was gorgeous, spacious and comfortable.

Doret was fantastic at communicating before we arrived to allow us to check in early. However, When we arrived we called the number given to us and Claudia seemed partly annoyed that we were there early. She gave us our room key and disappeared. When I had booked the hotel it was a 4star hotel and had air-conditioning. It was a hot night and there was no air conditioning and the location had been downgraded to a 3.5 star. We were in a room that faced the mai. Road so it was quite Loud and noisy throughout the night. When we checked and there was missing tissues but we were unable to find anyone to help us replenish this. The bathroom was also a little dirty with rust in the shower. We didn’t see anyone that day until the next morning — Doret greeted us at breakfast and we were really happy with breakfast. We again had to hunt someone down to check out which was a little frustrating. I was just a little frustrated with the situation. Had a delicious lunch at Wolfgat and saw whales from afar which made our stay memorable

De Linden was the PERFECT place for our weekend trip to Paternoster. amazing location and awesome staff, Doret was even able to secure reservations at the best restaurants in town. Highly recommend !

Well managed. Charming. Well located. Minimal staff so have to lock the entrance every time. Rooms too close to the road. Staff are helpful. Manager is nice and engages with the guests
