Roaches in the bed an bath ventilator not in sink with the lights phones did not work front desk did not present the room no water in the room for overnight no iron board iron in the room safe box had no key.
Restaurant not enough personnel, dishes in the buffet old service on the menu took to long.

Very low levels of service, but centric place. Cleanliness way below Covid-standards, this could easily be fixed by the hotel if they were more service minded.

Nice gardens and fountains. Very, very friendly staff, although there isn't anyone walking around checking on you, you have to either call or go to the front (E.g., drinks by the pool). Great location and feels safe. Even though it's a 'spa', there isn't anyone actually there and the hotel just calls someone to come. Very relaxing!

El Relox has a GREAT location, right in town, and easy walking to everything. The convenient and secure parking is welcome.
The rooms and common areas are all clean. We didn't use the restaurant, so can't really comment. The hotel seems to be popular with families, but there was no undesired noise.
