this hotel is located on height.. although they provide shuttle to avoid ramp. small toilets in room and breakfast was ok. basic english is understood by the staff. room service was ok. try to bring extention wire as they dont have much eletric sockets. by no mean this hotel is 4 stars. should be 2.5 or 3 stars.

The location is very close to the Haram, which is a good value for the money, especially during Ramadan. The rooms are clean, and the staff is attentive to guests' comfort and needs. The only downside is the hotel's location on a high hill. The hotel provides golf carts to transport passengers to and from the base of the hill. However, if the car isn't available due to a breakdown or driver unavailability, only the elderly will suffer.

The location of the hotel on a tiring elevation for going up and down was not clarified, there is no transportation to the Haram, cleanliness is poor, the rooms are old, and the rental amount is high.

Service was good but place was very dated. Toilets were dingey. Not good for disabled as steep hill. However bus service provided. Breakfast was top class.

Over all the hotel is good , compared with price paid. Helpful staff. But the hotel is high place . There is shuttle bus to help for that but Incase it is not there will be not easy specialy for elder people. The elevator are very busy and smelly . The room was very good but need deep clean. Over all is good

The hotel is decent in terms of location, but it is on a hill. The hotel staff are good in dealing, but it is somewhat old and clean. Its price is great for its location and the prices of the surrounding hotels. The restaurant's food is nice and its prices are comparable to the prices of local restaurants.
