General description
- Kindly note that the pool may not be available during winter season.
- The tenant is fully responsible before government agencies for any legal or legal violation occurring during the period of his rental of the chalet, and it is strictly prohibited to use the chalet for any act that violates public morals or government regulations and instructions.
- The tenant has no right to rent the chalet to others at all
- The first party is not responsible for the loss of valuables inside the chalet
- The reservation is considered confirmed after paying the rental value in addition to the insurance amount.
- The first party is not responsible to third parties for party supplies or event utensils secured by the renter when they are lost or damaged.
- It is strictly forbidden to stay overnight in the chalet, and Check-in is from 2 pm until 3 am
- The tenant is obligated to maintain the contents of the chalet in the condition in which he received it, and not to move the furniture at all from its place.
- The insurance amount will be returned to the second party upon delivery of the chalet as it was received from the first party. The value of any damage will be deducted and its liability will not be released until after the damage is removed.
- The first party has the right to cancel the contract if the second party does not adhere to what was stated in the terms of the contract, and the rental value is considered the right of the first party.
- Smoking of all kinds is prohibited in the chalet and the full insurance amount will be deducted
- The rent value is considered the right of the first party, and the second party bears the consequences of canceling the contract for any reason
- The reservation is approved after reviewing all the terms mentioned in the contract, then paying the full amount agreed upon with the insurance
