Staff were friendly, professional, respectful. Close to MOA. Room service and Food excellent. Costumer services excellent, including porters, guards, housekeepers.

Primary reason for staying at this hotel was good location to MOA and Arena.Hotel and rooms need to be updated.Found 2 Cockroaches in room and missing bath towels.Staff were pleasant and accomodating.When checking in make sure you have P3000 cash to pay for deposit will be refunded at checkout if there are no charges.I unfortunately paid by credit card and they deducted the amount and the receptionist said it would be refunded within two weeks.This is not good enough,in this day and age there should be a charge reversal at checkout for credit cards.To conclude if location to MOA AND arena is your priority I would still recommend this hotel for very short stays,for longer stays unless they update the property and rooms ????

A 2 block walk back from the Mall of Asia after shopping and dining. Taxi to the mall has gone up to 200 peso, used to be 100. We like the Al la carte room dining the food is good. I’m not a big on buffet but it’s okay too. Everyone there is helpful and professional. They always help with the Lyft ride back to the airport. I’ve stayed there 20 times since they opened 10 years ago it’s a little worn but not bad, we get the superior room and often get upgraded to suite.
