Rooms are so close to hahei beach

Everything was great. The only concern was lack of sufficient heat in the cottage. In fairness it is a summer time resort and we visited in winter.

Fantastic location for an out of season visit in the family cottage. Beautiful beach and great bar in the village.

Good location right next to beach. Got the cabin as it was one of the few left. It was relatively spacious and the kitchenette was nice. Good coffee in the french press. It was quite noisy around us and another customer parked right on our lawn. However the front desk gave good tips on the Hahei Explorer and even let us check out 1.5 late due to the time of our excursion. Honestly though the town is not great and I would suggest staying in Whitianga instead. Alot more to offer.

Lovely to be so close to the beach. Had all we needed for our stay but it was clear that the season was coming to the end as dining options limited.
