The hotel has very nice grounds and nice view, the closes place is Montanita which is about 10 minutes by bus. When I arrived I was the only guest. The help does not speak any English .
The owners are very nice. They come there for the weekend. I had problems with Mosquitos, no hot water. No water, and no electricity. The room I stayed in had very small windows. They have a great breakfast. You should come here only if you have a car

no wifi, no electricity for a while, eventhough the man that works there tries to help the owners of the hostal havent paid the electricity bills so there was a big issue.

This guys really treat every one like family I would stay living here if I could, every none should stop by and enjoy the view from the hill kick back and enjoy a relaxing drink to the sunset!

It is very quiet there, but it is close to Montanita and other small towns on the coast. Have to take a taxi or a bus to go into any towns. There is not much in the imediate area. If you like isolation and the country side it's a good place to go.
