Hote without wifi in room, lobby and outlook look fancy but the room is old

Toilet not working properly. Lights and hot water cannot be resolved in one room. One room lock a bit faulty. The lock tongue also jammed. Must physically pull the tongue out so it can lock . Toilet accessories not complete. Don’t have toothbrush and blade shaver.
