Staff were friendly and helpful. Seating area for evenings is too small for number of guests. Also, getting drinks can take a while as they turn off the self service pumps from 6pm.

Nice hotel and staff were friendly and helpful. If you have mobility issues don't pick this hotel as lots of steps up and down and their shuttle service to the beach and town is limited. I use crutches and found it a struggle to get around and felt trapped in a pretty prison. My room was spotless and serviced every day as was the hotel.

My Partner and I travel a lot and we booked this hotel as it was a good price for all inclusive. We went to a friends wedding was the reason for our trip. Firstly the good - the location is lovely with good views of the coast, the pool area is nice, lunch and snacks ( rolls and fruit and salad ) by the pool are also ok,but unfortunately that is about it. The Negative - the reception staff were not welcoming and quite awkward, wanted various e nails of proof of booking even though we had references and wanted it e mailed to them. We had a ground floor room with no view ( wasn’t a major problem for us as was only here for one week but was advertised as 4 star and being so high on the hill half expected a good view ) the bath has a massive crack in it which the receptionist said “I know about this one” that took two days for them to change our room. Again no view. When we went to go to the wedding we putting £50 inside unopened card as a gift only to find £40 inside then my girlfriend found £20 missing from her purse. We informed reception but didn’t expect anything to come of it it was purely informative for their own knowledge. The bathroom floor floods with raw sewage from drain if you have a bath, be warned it stinks! Breakfast is awful we ate out every morning and we are easily pleased with egg and toast but had no toaster! Cold water for three days in shower. And check out no customer service just took the key from us! Be warned don’t stay here!

The hotel located on a hill within ~20 min of up and down walking distance to village center and beach (there's shuttle service very few times a day). So we used to rent a car to feel independent, also close to facility area is boring after few days' stay. All inclusive programm was completely unnecessary, kids refused to eat most of dishes as it was fat and not tasty, number of free drinks was limited, most of the time we had main meal outside. The pool is small and almost no shadysides arround. The towel is on your own, if you take a one from the room, staff will make you troubles to exchange afterwards. In room small fridge, weak conditioner and hard bads. No shampo and other toiletries. Wi-Fi coverage is poor, the signal is strong enough only in reception area which was far away from our bungalow. Few good points: There's a very good sea view, hotel staff is very nice, prices are reasonable, short drive to waterparks.
