check in was pleasant as staff keep us update immediately due to system login issue there will be slight delay. deposit rm50 require, recommend ask for receipt (this is just my own suggestion) though staff assure it'll be return. eateries and tesco just walking distance. room overall is clean and basic necessity available. those who a bit particular on towel cleaniness pls bring your own. no hairdryer, not sure if counter have. room have a small pool of water as it leaked from bathroom. will return to book this hotel again as option nbr 1. during chk out, informed there is an issue with power socket and staff immediately apologize....i am impressed.

Near MRT, Shopping malls and local restaurants. Room decoration could be better. I check out lte about 5-15 minutes, but the staff helped.

The room insulation is very bad. Can hear someone is knocking the wall on midnight. Bed sheet and towel are very dirty
