The hotel was spotless with your towels and sheets cleaned every day the staff are very helpful and go out off their way to help you in what ever you need the beach and water parks are only mins away bus stop right out side easy to get to Venice not in the busy Main Street but street behind lovely and quite at night time would use this hotel again best hotel I have been in for frendly and helpful staff brill holiday thank you Hotel Frank

We have just come back from staying for the first time at Hotel Frank and there would be no hesitation to stay again.
The property and grounds are very quaint and well kept. The rooms are basic in decor but the beds are comfortable and the staff had no problem providing extra pillows.
All staff at front of house are more than happy to help with any queries you may have. They'll even help to arrange flowers for you if you are celebrating a special occasion.
- They were beautiful, a huge thank you to the staff who helped arrange them for us.
The pool is on the small side but it's location in the hotel garden area make it such a lovely place to relax in the sun and have a few dips to cool down.
The hotel's private sun loungers on the beach are included and are in great condition and there was no problem finding space at any point, a perfect amount available for the size of the hotel.
Hotel Frank is also perfectly located just one side street away from the main avenue. This contain shops, restaurants and bars so at night time the noise level goes up here but once you turn away from this back to the hotel there is no noise disruption whatsoever which was geat when travelling with children.
All in all a perfect hotel with fantastic staff and great location and grounds.
