An excellent hotel, we only stayed for a night before flight. Hotel staff and service was excellent and food at the rooftop restaurant was excellent too!

The Ocean Grand is a fabulous hotel. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating. The location is close to shopping and other services. The restaurant is rooftop with pool and an amazing view of the beach. The food is fresh and well seasoned and prepared. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent option for a layover in Male. Excellent airport pick-up, clean rooms and lovely staff. Cannot recommend it enough.

The staff was amazing. This place was perfect for what we needed some place clean and nice. We were able to store our luggage after checking out to explore the town. The restaurant had the best tuna I have had all trip. Everyone was very accommodating. If you are looking for a clean comfortable stay check this place out

    As per the amendments to the Tourism Act issued by the Maldivian Government, applicable to all travellers arriving in the Maldives from 1 January 2025, the green tax payable by travellers upon arrival at hotels (including tourist resorts, tourist hotels, hotels, tourist guest houses, tourist vessels) has been increased from USD 6.00 to USD 12.00 per person per day.
    Travellers staying in tourist guesthouses and hotels on inhabited islands with 50 (fifty) rooms or less will pay USD 6.00 per person.

    Kindly note that import of all vape products and individual parts of vape devices is to be made illegal from November 15, 2024, onwards. Additionally, the use, possession, production, sale, advertisement, and distribution of all vape products will be banned from December 15, 2024.

    Travellers cannot bring cigarettes of any amount while arriving to the Maldives.
    But they allow a packet (1 packet) which is used and in your hand. (Not a carton).
