Super gastvrij en heel vriendelijk personeel. Heerlijk vers ontbijt, meer dan voldoende keuze en erg lekker. Hotel is keurig netjes, brandschoon en ligt gelegen op een toplocatie. Een persoonlijke Note; voor ons was het bed iets te hard, maar dat is echt een persoonlijke noot.

internet was out for our 3 day stay. As a result, no one could answer the phone when trying to checkin (as no one was answering the door). Otherwise, great hotel and awesome location.

How unhygienic that a toilet be located right next to the bed with no walled area, meaning no privacy whatsoever to go to the toilet?

The problem is the wc that is in the room and we arrive at 7.00 pm i don't find person in the reception. For the other is perfect!

Visit to Koln Christmas Markets. Hotel located within short walking distance of all markets. Ideal location to explore Koln. Hotel staff very friendly.
