An entirely satisfactory hotel. Very polite and professional staff. A little difficult to find the entrance the first time, as it is not directly on the boulevard.
My only criticism is that the room was quite small. Given that I was in Munich for a conference, this was acceptable as I did not spend any time in my room. But if I was in town for tourism or without a very busy schedule it would have felt constricting.

The hotel is ok lacated and fine for 1 night sleep and go.
The staff at reception is not at the level i would expect, welcoming ,and happy to see customer coming trough tte door, instead they sre arrogant,not welcomming,no smile, no emotional connection, especially the lady in shift sunday morning 01.06.2025, but all the others i seen in reception these last 2 days.unhelpfull,Really terrible
customer service, one of the wrost ever experiened.
