The hotel was average looking on the outside of the building. The inside had a few chipped walls and the drywall was also falling apart near the shower head. The bed was comfortable and clean the TV has limited channels, we hardly used it. The door has a gap underneath it and we were able to hear footsteps of other guests clearly. Other than that the stay was average along with the customer service. I was also in a pet friendly room which was convenient because there’s not many pet friendly hotels. Overall it was a below average room.

When you are checking out this property prior to your stay, the pictures make it look nice and remodeled. But once you are there you see a lot of things that need to be updated and fixed. Ownership should clean and fix this place up. Feels like a lot of money to stay somewhere incomplete.

Upon arrival we noticed some concerns about the cleanliness and functionality of the room, but when I addressed them to front end staff the issues were tended to to the best of their ability in the moment. 1) bedside table lamp switch not working 2) telephone had no cord 3) bedside outlet was not working 4) shower drain backed up during use with hair clog Overall, the room was okay. For the condition I think the price is marked too high. Staff were nice and accommodating to our request.
