Terms and Conditions for Ground Floor Villa Accommodation
Decoration Preparation:
• There is a team specialized in preparing villa decorations (balloons, candles, and birthday arrangements) according to the customer's request.
• Decorations must be booked at least two days before booking the villa.
Additional Services:
• Agreements have been made with spa centers and restaurants to provide distinguished services, and contact numbers are available on stands inside the villa.
TV:
• If you request to use the TV, a special insurance must be paid for it.
Furniture and belongings:
• The villa contains valuable appliances and furniture, and it is required to maintain them during the stay.
Cleanliness:
• The villa must be delivered clean and waste must be disposed of before leaving.
• In case of non-compliance, an amount of 300 riyals will be deducted as a cleaning fee.
Parking:
• No more than 3 cars are allowed in front of the house.
Number of bedrooms:
• The villa has two bedrooms.
