The hotel is not worth even 3 stars. Delay in giving the room, a bad smell in the room and corridors, overpriced, the breakfast area is small and not varied, there is a shisha café at the entrance of the hotel causing noise, there are no soundproofing, waiting for the elevators causes damage.

The hotel furniture is somewhat old, and I was charged a fine of 50 riyals for losing the room card, while the card costs less than five riyals. The breakfast is a small sandwich, a hot drink, and just a dessert. There are many diversions and maintenance work on the road around the hotel.

Not satisfied at all. I could not call this place a hotel. It is like a rented ordinary apartment. Construction job next door, hard to get towels, very small indoor swimming pool, interior of the Lift scratchy, etc. Apart from that location wise is near to city center, reasonable foods, and spacious.

Their beds hurt my back. I stayed there in 2014 and the difference from 2014 is very beautiful, but now it is terrible. The hotel overlooks a building with all kinds of noise; I couldn't sleep because of the construction.
