The hotel is well located, but the buffet food for dinner and breakfast is very poor, the premium room did not have a bathroom, very expensive for what they offer

Good breakfast and room adequate.
Unfortunately there was a rap concert on in a temporary arena immediately outside our window, between the hours of 10pm and midnight. This was extremely loud to the extent that the bed was vibrating and we could not hear the TV. The concert was not arranged by the hotel, however the staff were very well aware of it and had not informed us in advance.
We asked to change rooms, however were told there were none available. When we raised this again in the morning, we were not offered any concession eg on the room rate.
The spa pool was also out of order, but we were not made aware of this at check in (and use of the pool/spa incurred an additional fee of €15). Had we known about the concert and the spa pool being out of service, we would have booked an alternative hotel.
