Property was in great location and good value. The staff were wonderful and efficient. Only issue was booked Club room with city view off Expedia offered 2nd floor, after questioning the view given 6th floor room with no view.

The Hotel is perfectly located, the views from upper floor rooms are breathtaking, but It is quite worn out and squeecky everywhere. The staff is somewhat careless(negligent) and seems like they are not motivated anymore to provide an excellent service.This iconic property has so much more potential if renewed and revived.

The hotel was quite nice as you walk in, however our room's bathroom had lots of mould around the bath. For a high standard hotel this is quite poor. I would not stay here again. Staff were ok, not particulary friendly and welcoming but just ok.

Tiny tiny room; old style straight-rod shower curtain clung to me every morning while showering; room heater didn’t work well - I was always cold; construction drilling in building; roads blocked outside; staff was just ok; I tried checking out a day early and they refused a credit; I can’t believe it’s a 4 star property.

This is a great hotel located in a great area. It’s right by the Harrods which is so convenient if you are into shopping. The staff is very friendly and professional. The rooms are very clean but small. This is my second time staying at this hotel and I would definitely recommend it.

The management are neglectful this is a 2 or 3 star at best . Rooms are tired, the carpets are filthy, the bedding poor and shower curtains in 2023. Only good things are staff and location.
