The property was old, which in itself isn’t anything the staff can change or do. However; the overflowing trash cans and the unclean showers is something they can change and regulate.

There was no coffee available at 5:55am when we left. Also, no shampoo and only two towels for 2 people.

It's cheap, but it's cheap for reason!
The first room that we were given hadn't been cleaned. So we had to go check in again. We stayed for two nights and during our first night the fire alarm started chirping because the battery was dying. I called the front desk and there was nobody who could come and take care of the situation, (this wired to the wall, so you can't take care of it yourself) so we did not sleep anymore that night. I was reimbursed for half of the night stay, but I feel that I should have been reimbursed for the whole night because it was very miserable.

a lot of noise all night, people screaming, crying, running in the hallways, insults, the closest thing to a madhouse. spend a night of terror waiting for the worst to happen.
