Its location is good in the middle of Naama Bay. The hotel is small, and their hospitality is wonderful, especially the brother Ali at the reception who is very nice and friendly.

Honestly, the receptionist (Ali) was very helpful with us and his manner was very elegant and respectful, but unfortunately (Abdulaziz) has a bad temper and is not tolerant. The hotel is in a very beautiful location, but it needs to clean the bathroom and rooms more, and to increase the facilities and services and an ATM.

I would like to thank brother Ali and all the young men at the reception for their good treatment. The buffet options were reasonable and the food in the buffet was delicious. Thank you to everyone from the bottom of my heart.

I had coordinated for a transport from the airport but was told once I arrived that they could not accommodate us. We had to get a taxi that dropped us over half a mile from the hotel. My wife was not happy as we had to walk down a dark street with all of our luggage. The next day my daughter had come to visit and she was going to change in our room to go on a snorkeling trip. The front desk made a big deal about not allowing guests even though I offered to pay extra. The manager finally agreed to allow her to come to the room but made it clear that she couldn't eat or drink anything. I wouldn't stay here again as there are plenty of other options in the areal.

A beautiful and clean hotel in the middle of Naama Bay. The staff, especially Amira and Ali at the reception, have a wonderful service and approach. I just wish the cleanliness was more precise and cleaner, especially the bathroom and the Jacuzzi.
