It was a great location and size of the unit was excellent.

The apartment ended up being different than what was pictured on the site. It looked like the hallway on my floor was under construction. When you walked into the apartment, the wood floor was missing from the walkway area. Although part of the floor was messed up and the apartment was different, my overall stay was good. The apartment was a great size for me and my boyfriend. There was a nice outdoor area and I was so happy there was free parking.

-Didn't have WIFI my entire stay. -Different unit from what was advertised. -Told me there was some Starbucks discount to people staying there - there wasn't. Got there in evening, manager said he would meet me there - didn't. Thought I was going to pick up the key and head to another unit. But he had changed the unit from what I initially rented - fine since it wasn't that far away and the unit was comparablish - but still, you would like to get what you rented. WIFI didn't work. Told me to text someone else- the IT guy - which I did - gave him 12 hours to respond.. he never did. I was being super patient and trying to be understanding - gave these guys time to get the WIFI working. Tried to contact him both the next morning - told me he has 60-70 units and basically was super busy - contact the IT guy - so I did that again - no response again. Texted the manager again. I was starting to get frustrated and told him how could I give him and his unit a good review on Orbitz? He told me to post whatever I wanted... He told me to use the WIFI on the 3rd floor amenity level - which I ultimately had to do. Two days later, still no WIFI. 3rd day, the OWNER of the place calls me to find out what happened with the WIFI and profusely apologized with me about the WIFI issue. I'm staying at the unit for a work conference, and trying to get work done from the room - WIFI is kind of important. Never had it the entire stay. Unprofessional. Avoid.

This property needs to be removed from this site and others, as these guys are nothing but scammers. This was THE WORST experience I've ever had with checking in. I wish I would've heeded the other negative reviews about this property before I booked. Nothing but issues with the check in process. Kept getting told to go different addresses than the one I booked. They even stooped so low as to pose as a Travelocity customer support rep when I threatened to get a new reservation. I didn't like that it was on the opposite side of downtown than advertised and from my project site. Had unexpected daily commute time and costs due to the misleading information on Expedia
