Guests must transfer via airplane or boat to the property. Guests must contact the property at least 72 hours before travel, using the contact information on the confirmation received after booking. The front desk is open daily from 8 AM - 5 PM. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property ahead of time using the information on the booking confirmation. If you are planning to arrive after 1:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. At check-in, guests must provide either a negative COVID-19 test result or a record of full COVID-19 vaccination. The negative COVID-19 test result requirement applies to all guests aged 18 and up, and test must have been administered no more than 48 hours prior to check-in. COVID-19 vaccination record requirement applies to all guests aged 18 and up; guests must have received complete vaccination at least 30 days prior to check-in. Meals for children ages 0-4 may be requested for the listed additional fee for children ages 5-12.
