Our stay at Pinelodge Resort was good except for the carpet of the chalet need some deep cleaning.

We were not told hat we will not be able to use the bathtub before we got there. There was no dstv in the bedroom. I felt that I paid full price, but I could not use some of the ammenities and that is what was disappointing to me. In future warn your customers in advance so that they can choose if they want to go or not. We left a day early and made alternative arrangements.
