I've been here 4 times now. 1st time was pre-Covid and it was exceptional and all my friends recommended it to me. Then I brought my mother here and came back 2 more times with my husband. The spa facilities are still great but I don't care for the staff and service any longer. The website mentions that wine is available at Apertitivo. This year and last year it was just prosecco, beer & campari. That's ok but a bit odd not to offer wine---in Italy.

The spa rooms were a great way to relax before our international flight the next morning. We had a wonderful time and the food options were a great perk so we didn’t need to leave. The only downside was that the pools, lunch and aperitivo hour were overrun with people coming in with the day passes, this seems to be a consistent concern with other reviews.
