The hotel is beautiful and its location is nice - the reception service is not good, for a hotel like this 5 stars, when you enter you expect everyone to be smiling and welcoming, but here it's the opposite.

The hotel is amazing and the most luxurious hotel you can find in Trabzon, the breakfast is also nice and the hotel pool is amazing, my daughter enjoyed it and it was totally safe.. and the coffee at the hotel has a lovely view.
