This location is excellent and convenient for local shopping plus near the airport. But one thing need to be improve is that the hot water. A gas boiler would be ideal.

Our stay was amazing! The customer service is great and they give you great recommendations to places throughout Venice! Yes the destination was a little farther than expected, but it is a 5 minute walk to the train station and the train ride is 25 minutes totally worth it! Great service, and clean space we loved it!

It is an apartment block in a modern part of Quarto d'Altino, so no view but good parking znd supermarket and a straightforward walk to the station. Clean but could do with updating cnd some fixtures and fittings replacing. Water pressure is very low indeed, worth bearing in mind if you have teenage daughters with long hair to wash!
The staff are absolutely fabulous and if a suburban self catering location suits you then this is ideal. It suited us.
