We had a dog and a baby and came in from the rain. Since we had to go through the restaurant door instead of a dedicated hotel entrance, we were a disturbance for the patrons of the restaurant. My partner's dog was barking when we entered and management reacted to us as if we were beggars coming off the street asking for bread and shelter. I booked a room with a king size bed and got two twin beds instead and they refused to give us what we booked with reasoning being that we had a dog. was clean but rather small. The toilet was between the sink and shower, which even for me as an average height person, there was hardly any space to bend over and wipe.
