Close to the airport, free shuttle service, great amenities, location, wide rooms, etc. Front desk staff was kind and accommodating. I know that’s part of their job but showing kindness to another human being is a luxury these days. I will still choose this hotel for my next Japan trip. 😁

Very good hotel, big room clean amenities and friendly and helpful staff. They not only provide teeth brush and toothpaste but also prepare one for the gift to the kid. This is just an example, there are many other details. I barely give comments on Expedia but this one is very good I recommend everyone to check it
