The operating hours of the Main Pool and Jacuzzi will remain unchanged during the Ramadan period, from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

- We would like to bring to your attention an important legal update issued by the State of Qatar concerning the protection of personal privacy in public spaces.

- The Official Gazette has published Law No. (11) of 2025, amending the Anti-Cybercrime Law to introduce penalties for violating individuals’ privacy in public. Under this regulation, photographing or filming individuals in public areas without their consent is strictly prohibited, and may result in imprisonment of up to one year and fines of up to QAR 100,000.

Below are the key operational updates that will be in effect throughout Ramadan:

Resort Facilities & Services

• A designated soft beverage station will be available during the day near the pool area for guests’ convenience. Do note beverages cannot be consumed in public spaces during the fasting hours.
• A designated smoking area will be accessible during daytime hours.
• No restriction on the operation hours for the Courtyard pool (Main pool) during Ramadan period and pool operating timings will be from 08:00am to 07:00 pm
• (Beach pool (Infinity pool) and beach area expected to be closure from February 25th – March 3rd)

Food & Beverage Outlets

• All-Inclusive services will remain available, with adjustments in timing to align with Ramadan practices.
• After Iftar (from 7:00 PM):

1. The Pool Bar will serve soft beverages until 12:00 midnight.
2. The Lobby Bar will serve soft beverages until 02:00 AM.

• Alcoholic beverages will be available upon request via In-Room Dining (IRD)only. 12:00 Hrs to 24:00Hrs
• The A La Carte restaurants will remain closed during the Holy month of Ramadan
• One outlet will continue to offer buffet-style for breakfast, lunch and dinner also featuring international cuisine. Fasting guests will be provided with Iftar at Outlet or Ramadan Tent or Sohour at Ramadan Tent or through in room Dinning.

Entertainment & Recreation

• Live Arabic music performances will be available in the Ramadan Tent in a respectful manner aligned with the spirit of the holy month.
• The Sports Club and group lessons will operate as usual, however, music will be excluded during sessions.
• The Kids Club will maintain normal operating hours, though select activities such as yoga and disco sessions will be suspended during this period.

Spa Services

• SPA access and services will remain unaffected and continue as usual.
