Wow this was a very fancy hotel! The staff were very kind and helpful. The room was beautiful, very comfortable and super clean. The view was also gorgeous, especially at night! The gym was also fantastic. The restaurants were fantastic, especially Iza. A bit pricey but worth it.

Splurged on this luxury hotel for our last 2 nights in Cambodia and made full use of the first rate amenities. After a minor miscommunication at check in, a staff member delivered a plate of cold fresh fruit slices to our room—unnecessary but very much appreciated. Came into our room one afternoon to find a cloth lying next to my reading glasses. Small gestures like that are examples of next level hospitality.

We spent all 4 days here when traveling to Phnom Penh, enjoying the gym, pool, spa, and also the sky bar. Every facilities were awesome. Like the pool where you can enjoy city view from 33F. Hotel room is modern, spacious and super clean, house keeping twice a day and of course every staff is professional and kind, even teach us how to use local APP to call a tuk tuk anywhere anytime;)
