Had a fantastic stay. People very friendly. Stayed in the shepherd's hut. Compact but everything you need. Can't rate this place high enough. If you like solitude you will love it. (Upton on severn only one mile away)

I have stayed here on a number of occasions and enjoy its seeming remoteness, but particularly the quietness. It is very basic but comfortable.

The Shepherds hut was on a farm in a lovely position in a field with no one overlooking but the local livestock.It was nice to have the option of sitting outside and eating.
Inside had a 2 ring gas stove which was nice to make a cup of tea and all the cutlery plates etc required.A wood burner for the cold nights too.
It was nice to have a toilet inside and the shower and main toilet a short walk away .
It was ideal!
No frills,worn and clean which the really reasonable price represents in this area.
The delicious farmhouse breakfast as an extra option was a perfect way to start the day!
