We reserved a room at the Bangkokians as we were starting a tour the next day there but when we arrived we were put in a room in Hotel de Bangkok which turned out to be nicer, but still not what we booked. We also tried contacting the hotel multiple times by email, Expedia, and telephone before our stay and were unable to speak to anyone. Upon arrival we were unable to use the laundry services which was disappointing. They did not have secure luggage storage as we had to switch from hotel de Bangkok to the Bangkokians. Once at the Bangkokians the rooms are in decent condition however the washroooms/showers are too few. The floor I stayed on had one 7 bed and two 3 bed rooms and only one washroom with a shower and toilet.

Lack of communication with switching the accommodation into another hotel. Confusion at the other hotel and no one knew what was going on so ended up getting about a half a night instead of a full night.

Overall it is comfortable and clean, close to BTS Victory Monument, around 15 mins walk, the only problem is no hot water....else is fine. would recommend to stay here.
