We were treated like Royalty here. The customer service at The Imperial is some of the best we have ever experienced! And we have traveled all over the world. I might have even said "the best"! From the moment you arrived, this group took care of us and we checked in very late. From the greeting, the food delivered to our room with a special dining table. It was impeccable service.
