Never disappoints. This time we had an issue with the AC in the early hours of the morning but staff dealt with it so well and so promptly too.

What an amazing stay! In a city that is flooded with hotels, The Ned really is something special. The room was beautiful and the service was impeccable. It was a special birthday stay and we were surprised with cake and treats! Everything about our stay was fantastic and we will definitely be staying again!
