Me & my mum had a lovely time staying at this homely hotel with stunning sea views. Excellent location. Heated beautifully & cosy over the Christmas period & with lots of nice Christmas trees & decorations. Definitely somewhere we will look forward to returning to. Thank you very much 💕

We had a lovely Seaview room, clean and comfortable. The only problem we had was with access and parking, apart from that a great place to stay.

Don't bother staying here. The property is run down and in poor condition, we stayed in a unpleasant little room which wasn't very clean. We couldn't find any members of staff for the most part as the reception and bar areas were always empty. I was also charged more money for my dog to stay with us than what was agreed in an email I received from the hotel prior to our arrival. Overall not worth it.

Rooms & hotel are a little tired but acceptable for the money paid - good value . however the sea views and location are great . Opposite the beach , near railway station and short walk to town
I forgot to try reserving a hotel parking space but got parked at railway station ok in August

St. Ives is a beautiful place. Loved the beach and it was just a short walk from the hotel. The hotel was acceptable, clean enough, a little run down but noting terrible. Service was good, very helpful. Got it's own parking in the back really liked that, even if it was quite a tight squeeze. Just fare enough outside the center, a short walk will get you there.

Poor, tired hotel needs a refurb. I wouldn’t mind if it was a cheaper price but for this money it’s not acceptable.
Really good staff, not their fault but the chain that owns this lovely old hotel needs a wake up call.
