Travelodge by Wyndham New Orleans West Harvey Hotel

It was a wonderful hotel and staff very friendly, hopefully it gets better on restocking towels when stay is longer than 2 days. Excellent overall !!!

I recently stayed here from June 2-4 and injured my leg due to negligence at this hotel injured my leg .They gave me an unrelated room and bed was not properly installed bust my leg up on bed steel frame sticking to big for mattress.I evidence to prove injuries . I have never been contacted by hotel

Worst hotel I have ever been too! Check in was supposed to be @ 3pm, they wouldn’t let us check in until 3:45 due to not having a room clean. When we were given a room, the room smelled disgusting, holes in the wall, and visible urine on the toilet. It’s sad when you have to buy candles and Clorox to clean your own room. We had 3 guest but had to be stern with employee to get 3 towels and wash clothes. We never seen a house keeper the whole 4 days we were there.. had to change our own beds! DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!

Every day I would going in the morning and inform management I would like a room change because my room had no hot water. Every day management would tell me they would get maintenance to fix it. Every afternoon I would call and see if they fixed it, they would tell me maintenance will get to my room shortly. This was the whole length of my stay. They would not switch me rooms so I could have hot showers. They also did not clean my room. They actually threw my sheets off my bed and left them on the floor with my “new” towels. Worst place to stay hands down they don’t care at all.

It has upgraded rooms, nice set up and staff

Housekeeping was poor...noisy areas..rude staff...inform the afternoon staff, we will be leaving at 4 am and will like to make arrangements for our deposit...it was excuses upon excuses...we left without getting.back our deposit...after the night staff said they can't do that until 11 am..what bs...is this a procdure? So you can imagine how many 50.00 they fleece from unsuspecting customer's because of this so call "catch". That's fraud and it's not acceptable. I will be emailing their management to return my deposit in my account. Yes, it's 50.00 usd but.it is the principle and transparency thata lacking and should not be tolerated or accepted...so please note TravelLodge you will be hearing from me. I stayed from 3rd May to the 8th of May, 2024. Room 132. I really should have taken the reviews into account but i was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt..what a complete horror show...just be aware.
