Absolutely incredible, surrounded by natural beauty, welcomed into a stunning home, treated like family. This was a very special place that we will never forget. If you are in the area, you must experience this location. Food was delicious, equal to a fine dining restaurant. The staff were so kind!

The views from umVangati House were breathtaking, each dish was delectable, the staff and owners were so friendly and helpful. The room was lovely, clean, comfortable and felt very safe. I could not recommend this place more highly. It was the highlight of my trip.

WOW!! From the second you arrive, to the moment you leave you are treated like royalty. This family run business in the mountains is the perfect getaway. All the family members are extremely friendly, professional and have a great knowledge of the house and the surrounding area. They also have a watering hole, to which someone will notify you when animals are there. As we traveled for our honeymoon, we decided to upgrade to a suite, and we were not disappointed. The views from the room were mind-blowing. The room itself had maybe the comfiest bed I have ever slept in, great amenities provided, as well as pool towels for the pool at the main house. In the main house, the infinity edge swimming pool has the most insane view of the mountains. You can choose to have your meals inside, outside, next to a fire pit or treat yourself and eat in the wine room. Unfortunately, im not a wine drinker, but the wine room was amazing. I genuinely cant say enough about how amazing this place is. The local area has lots of great activities, we visited Jessica The Hippo and a Hot Air Balloon ride both of which I highly recommend. If you are thinking of a trip then this is the place to stay, I promise it wont disappoint. The only thing I would mention is the long driveway, Id highly recommend a higher car, but we did manage in our saloon car. On the drive up we saw giraffe, so please stick to the speed limit, as they come out of nowhere. To sum it up, the best place I have ever stayed.
