This hotel is terrible. Hari disrespected us. They need physical ID such as physical Passport for checkedIN. We showed passport in our Phone but they did not allow me for checkedIN this is ridiculous. I also gave a call to police.

Excellent and respectful staff, especially the young Sudanese man Mohammed and the Indian who works with him at the reception. The cleaning services are excellent. The electronics staff respond quickly to any shortage or inquiry. The location is close to all the services you need and is very close to the sea and the Corniche.

Contrary to advertising, no parking available at hotel. Hotel refused outright to provide, assist or arrange parking in a very busy location with little public parking during day and none at night. Cannot stay at such a location. Hotel should be upfront about facilities / amenities available and should never lie on their advertisement to misguide customers. Terrible experience. Did not stay at hotel due to their attitude.
